Does the price change with my final guest count?
No. Each package has a fixed price and covers up to its stated guest limit. Choose the package that accommodates your confirmed guest count. The minimum event size is 20 guests.
What does unlimited service mean?
Unlimited Heli cups are available to guests included in your booked package during its service window while active event service is taking place.
How does the launch offer work?
The first 20 confirmed event bookings receive 20% off the package price, reducing the packages to $480, $680, and $920. The offer applies to the package price only and does not include optional extras, travel, or applicable taxes.
What if I have more than 75 guests?
We’ll prepare a custom event plan and quote based on your guest count, service time, venue, and event logistics.
Is a deposit required?
Your event quote will include booking and payment details. Submitting an availability request does not create a booking or commitment.
