Questions

Answers before you have to ask.

The practical details venue and operations teams usually want to understand before a site review.

Who manages the machine?

Heli manages installation, product supply, restocking, payment processing, cleaning routines, maintenance, repairs, customer support, and ongoing venue coordination.

What does the venue need to provide?

The venue provides an approved indoor placement, a standard 120V outlet, visibility, customer access, service access, and required site approvals.

Is there an upfront cost?

Qualified placements generally have no installation or equipment cost to the venue. Final commercial terms are confirmed during the site review.

How does the revenue share work?

For applicable placements, the venue receives an agreed share of eligible machine sales. Heli provides transparent monthly reporting and payments according to the partnership agreement.

How much space is required?

The machine measures approximately 38.7 inches wide by 36.6 inches deep and approximately 70 inches high. Additional space is needed for customer access, ventilation, and service clearance.

Is plumbing required?

No. The machine is self-contained and requires standard electrical service rather than plumbing.

How is the unit kept clean and contained?

Dispensing takes place inside an enclosed chamber designed to contain drips and spills. Heli performs scheduled cleaning, sanitation, refill, and maintenance visits and monitors the machine remotely.

Who restocks it?

Heli monitors inventory and coordinates regular replenishment and service visits.

What happens if the machine needs service?

Heli remotely monitors the unit and coordinates technical support and repairs. The venue team does not troubleshoot the equipment.

Can the machine be customized for our venue?

Custom branding, customer promotions, launch offers, and venue-specific programs may be available depending on the partnership.

Can Heli operate outside normal business hours?

The machine can generally operate whenever the surrounding space is accessible, subject to venue rules and the agreed operating schedule.

Is there a long-term commitment?

The agreement depends on the placement. Initial pilot periods may be used so both Heli and the venue can confirm the fit before discussing a longer arrangement.
